Insurances: Most insurance groups provide compensation for MAT services including Medicaid and Medicare.
Tooele Methadone Treatment accepts most insurance groups and and our billing team is available to discuss potential coverage and treatment costs to the best of our ability and can be reached at (435) 241-7778. Since there are numerous insurance programs, even within one group, we ask that you reach out to your insurance group to confirm coverage. They can provide you with accurate and up-to-date information regarding your coverage and any potential out-of-pocket costs.
Self Pay: We strive to provide affordable Medical/Behavioral Health services to all patients, including those without health insurance. To do our part in providing affordable care, we may be able to provide discounts that can reduce out of pocket costs for substance abuse treatment. To assure you are able to receive this discount please be sure to talk to a case manager prior to your visit. Financial assistance may be available if you are unable to afford services.
